The CRA 2023 Annual Convention will be held from Friday, April 21 to Sunday, April 23 at the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center in Bakersfield.
At this convention, we will:
- hold elections for state officers and district directors;
- consider amendments to the CRA Bylaws and resolutions;
- hear from elected officials and subject matter experts; and
- participate in training sessions and workshops.
The early bird price for registration plus meals is $255 through April 7. The price rises to $340 after April 7. The included meals are Friday dinner; Saturday lunch and dinner; and Sunday breakfast. The registration only fee is $55.

Friday Dinner Banquet Speaker: Jessie Jane Duff
Serving in the U.S. Marine Corps on active duty for 20 years, Jessie Jane Duff retired as a Gunnery Sergeant. Throughout her career which spanned multiple assignments in the States and overseas, she provided logistical and training support to combat arms and wing units. Jessie currently serves as an Ambassador to America First Policy Institute and is a Newsmax Analyst.

Saturday Lunch Banquet Speaker: Dan Schultz, Esq.
Dan Schultz, Esq., has been a leading force for change in the Republican Party for many years. As an elected Arizona Republican Party Precinct Committeeman and state committeeman, a veteran, an attorney, and an author, Mr. Schultz has over ten years of “in the trenches” experience in all aspects of political party governance, and campaigns for both political party and political office candidates.

Kimberly Fletcher, the wife of a retired Air Force officer and mother of eight children, is the president and founder of Moms for America and Moms for America Action. With over 20 years’ experience in grassroots activism, Kimberly has grown Moms for America into a powerful platform building grassroots networks across the country. Kimberly is an author, columnist, radio host, and contributing writer with Townhall.com.
