The South Los Angeles-Inglewood Republican Assembly (SLAIRA) recently celebrated the 2023 Black History Month by honoring Covina Mayor Pro-Tem Walter Allen III and Fontana Mayor Acquanetta Warren at their annual luncheon event in Baldwin Hills, CA.
