Summary: Punishes physicians for communicating anything other than the approved government propaganda on COVID-19.
AB 2098 calls for control of CA physicians and forbids them from giving out “misinformation” on COVID treatments. Misinformation is in quotes because most of what we have been getting from the establishment is misinformation. After all we now have a “ministry of truth,” which will probably be more misinformation.
AB 2098 expressly provides that the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19 by physicians and surgeons constitutes unprofessional conduct.
