Mark has a diverse background of over 35 years of executive experience in starting successful businesses, political organizations and non-profits focusing on community-based needs.

Mark has served as a City commissioner for the city of Torrance, California for two years as well as being elected Vice-Chairman of the AD66 Republican Central Committee for Los Angeles County. He is a current CA Republican Delegate.

He has served as campaign managers or consulted for a number of Republican candidates including Dr. Kenneth Wright Congressional race as well as City Councilman George Chen, Sharon Kalani, Peggy Huang, Aurelio Mattucci, Milton Herring campaigns. He has assisted in numerous campaigns designing and building their social media, print media and fundraising efforts.

As the founder of the Asian American Republicans, he has helped to bring together different Asian communities to support conservative AAPI Candidates.

He has fundraised and donated to a number of Republican candidates including Young Kim, Michelle Steel, June Cutter, Peggy Huang, Ellen Zhao, George Chen, Ellen Lee Zhou, Amy Phan, Chuong Vo, Milton Herring, David Hadley, Derek Uehara, Sharon Kalani and many others.

In June of 2018, he saw the need to garner more financial support specifically towards Asian American Republican candidates. He is the founder and past President of the Asian American Freedom PAC which
assist AAPI Conservative candidates running for elective office.

He has produced the largest Asian Republican fundraising events in
California including the July 2018 Grand Reception at Trump National in
Rancho Palos Verdes as well as sold out AAPI fundraising events for our
Republican candidates.

Mark has also been active in the community for over 2 decades helping
to organize and run local youth programs for children. He is one of the
founders and Board member for the non-profit – South Bay Youth
Basketball (SBY 2005) – which provides a fall program for children in
grades 1-9 with over 2,400 children. It remains one of the largest fall
basketball leagues in California.

He also served in the inner cities as a business mentor for at-risk foster youth with the non-profit w.straightways.org.

He currently is an Advisory board member for Fostering Hope Los Angeles (FHLA) which works with at-risk youth.

In June of 2015, Mark was the founder, promoter and organizer for UNIFYLA at the Staples Center. This came about as a response to the nationwide civil unrest in Baltimore, Ferguson and other U.S. cities. (UNIFYLA.COM).

Mark was the only individual who was able to rent out the Staples
Center and unite local community leaders to bring about peace in our Black, Hispanic and Asian communities in wake of nationwide violence. This project was the first major event in Los Angeles to unify the community in wake of civil unrest in our nation.

In business, Mark runs a successful insurance agencies in Torrance, California – Tsuneishi Insurance Agency Inc, and Everrock Insurance Services. He is an antiquarian, rare first edition book collector.
